Initial situation
The initial situation was characterized by decentralized individual solutions without uniform control - many employees had not previously worked in networked systems, established processes had remained constant for years, and the introduction of new digital processes required a high level of self-motivation as well as targeted, comprehensible training courses. In addition, over 8,000 people had to be intensively trained over a period of 3 months.
Task definition
Our task included the creation of target group-specific training materials, the implementation of a comprehensive training program, the development of sustainable knowledge management and active support in the change management process - supplemented by the deployment of an AI lecturer to provide individual guidance and support for participants.
Our solution
We at Dicebridge Training mastered the challenges with a holistic training concept: Interactive online training, blended learning formats and targeted face-to-face events guided users through the change process in a practical way. State-of-the-art technologies were used in the creation phase - including cloned ERP systems from the country for realistic, repeatable exercises. This was supplemented by interactive online manuals that could be accessed at any time and the targeted use of artificial intelligence to provide support through click instructions, context-related help and individualized learning paths.
Results
As part of the project, we developed around 110 interactive content days, generated over 150,000 training events and successfully conducted over 4,000 training days. This enabled us to provide our customer with significant support in the successful introduction of the new ERP solution based on SAP S/4HANA - with sustainable knowledge transfer, high user acceptance and stable processes in live operation.

Initial situation
In the run-up to the SAP S/4HANA implementation, the key users were to receive a targeted knowledge refresher. The training courses served to strengthen their technical and systemic expertise in order to enable them to actively participate in the implementation and adapt the system precisely to the company's specific requirements.
Our solution
With a small team of trainers and authors, we used the existing training needs analysis and customized training courses for the customer. The training courses were held in person and in the customer's training rooms.

Pilot training courses for an HKR project in a city state
Initial situation
Most of the ERP solution had already been technically implemented when we, as Dicebridge Training, entered the final project phase as part of a co-sortium. The training of the end users was still outstanding and had to be implemented promptly and efficiently. The training materials provided by the implementation partner were of high quality in terms of content, but needed to be adapted to the modern requirements of online learning and self-study. In addition, a technology change was decided on the project side, in which we also used cloned applications for realistic training scenarios in addition to the existing systems.
Task definition
Our task was to bring this high-quality content up to date with the latest technology and integrate it seamlessly into Ambylon. We developed interactive training courses with click instructions, case studies and a comprehensive knowledge database to offer users a modern and effective learning experience.
Our solution
Thanks to the combination of updated training materials, interactive learning paths on Ambylon and realistic exercises in cloned system environments, we were able to optimally prepare participants for practical use. The training courses were held both online and in person and were smoothly supplemented by our partners, who provided the technology and room planning.
Results
Together with our consortium partners, we managed to successfully train the users and make the introduction of the ERP software a complete success. The newly designed training content is now an integral part of the customer's knowledge management and ensures the long-term success of the implementation. Together, we were able to ensure that the implementation was a complete success, not only technically, but also in terms of user acceptance.

The state was faced with the challenge of introducing a completely new SAP S/4HANA landscape to replace existing structures, some of which had evolved over decades. The Pro-Fiskal solution previously used was strongly adapted to the state's processes, so the switch to a new technology not only involved technical hurdles, but also organizational and emotional ones. At the same time, only limited internal resources were available, which is why external expertise had to be brought in on a large scale.
Task definition
As a subcontractor of the implementation partner, Dicebridge Training assumed responsibility for the entire training and knowledge transfer area. Our task included the conception, creation and implementation of training courses, the development of sustainable knowledge management and the provision and logistical coordination of training environments and technologies at various locations throughout the state.
Our solution
We developed a modular training concept based on a proven combination of different authoring systems. Among other things, patented cloning technologies were used to enable realistic and risk-free SAP exercises. The concept was supplemented by interactive learning modules, practice-oriented case studies and click instructions, which were used both online via the Ambylon learning platform and in classroom training sessions.
A particular focus was on providing emotional support to the participants: Practical exercises and clear explanations helped to overcome many initial uncertainties and strengthen acceptance of the new software in the long term.
For the first time, we also took responsibility for managing the training rooms, technology and infrastructure ourselves as part of this project - a task that had previously been handled exclusively by partner companies. This experience enabled us to build up valuable logistical and organizational skills that will allow us to implement major projects of this kind entirely on our own in the future.
Results
Over the course of the project, several thousand employees were successfully trained at various training locations across the country. The accompanying central knowledge management system with click guides, instructions and reference materials is available to employees even after the go-live, thus ensuring a sustainable transfer of knowledge.
In this project, Dicebridge Training was not only able to demonstrate its expertise in the creation and delivery of high-quality ERP training courses, but also set new standards in the integration of technology, didactics and logistics.
